You can feel the scent of citrus fruits, white peaches and herbs (mint) in the elegant barrel aroma. A dry white wine with a good balance between the refreshing acidity and the fruitiness of Koshu. It is easy to match with all dishes, and it goes well with fragrantly baked dishes and slightly greasy ingredients. Yakitori (salt), roast chicken, pork, beef, grilled fish / yellowtail, Saikyo-yaki, etc.

​Yamanashi Bailey A Barrel Aging

Using Muscat Bailey A from Yamanashi prefecture, it was aged in French oak barrels. The color is bright ruby. The sweet and charming scent of strawberry jam, violets and raspberries and the vanilla scent from oak barrels wrap around it. A medium-bodied red wine with juicy fruit that goes well with baked chicken / duck meat with fruit jam sauce (fruit jam sauce with berry jam or orange marmalade).
